First time homebuyer here and I’m grateful that my experience was painless and successful. Jason Sarji kept me in the loop every step of the way and didn’t mind answering the million questions I had. The process was super quick. I found my home the first week of May and closed on June 1st. Less than a month. I was completely new to the home buying process. I tried preapprovals from known-name banks and was met with high rates and/or low loan amounts. I did some research and was advised to go with a local lender. With that, I did more research and landed on AAA Capital. I am very glad I was able to work with AAA Capital as Jason was fantastic and was able to quote my desired loan amount at 5.9%. In comparison to the previous quotes I received, this was acceptable.
My overall experience of the home buying process was straightforward and easy. Going into this knowing nothing, I did not know what to expect, but Jason and my realtor guided me and explained things throughout the process. Jason was always responsive and really easy to communicate with, so I was always learning and aware of what is happening in real-time and what to expect next. I was preapproved in early August and found a house I liked in late August. My offer was accepted, and from there Jason was on point with getting things done. I was able to close at the end of September and can now say I am a homeowner! I have read/heard about negative experiences and how stressful buying a home can be, so I am genuinely grateful for how smooth my home buying experience with AAA Capital was.
