A Legacy of Financial Expertise

AAA Capital Funding was founded by Jason Sarji's father, an accountant for Procter & Gamble, a successful commercial real estate developer, and the founder of his own proprietary restaurant chain with multiple locations across North Carolina, where he became well known in the communities he served. He built real things, met real payrolls, and treated every dollar entrusted to him with the same care he gave his own. We still run on his rule: do the math right, tell people the truth, and treat their money like it's your own.

AAA Capital Funding opened its doors in 1997, and Jason Sarji (NMLS #374700) joined the family business one year later, in 1998. Jason specializes in difficult loans, including ones that need a manual underwrite, and he handles each one himself. Realtors and lenders across Florida regularly ask his advice on complex mortgage transactions.
