What the numbers mean
Past 6 months and past year: how much the typical home’s value moved over that time. Flat means it moved less than a quarter of a percent.
Days on market: how long the typical home stayed listed for sale.
These are county-wide numbers. Your own home’s value depends on your street, your house and its condition.
Buying a home in Florida
FHA is the loan most of our buyers use. It takes 3.5% down. We also do FHA 100% financing, VA loans, Conventional loans and Florida Hometown Heroes. We lend in all 67 counties.

Already own a home in Florida
A lower payment, cash out for a new roof or a shorter term all start with your numbers. See the new payment on our refinance calculator. Then read how refinancing works, from costs to timing.
Your county’s tax offices are on our tax offices page.
Every county also has its own page, with loan limits, down payment help and taxes. Find yours on our service areas page.
The guideline is only the starting point.
Guidelines are written for the typical borrower. What gets approved depends on how the loan is structured and presented to the underwriter, and that takes experience. We've been structuring Florida loans since 1997, including plenty that other lenders couldn't get through.
Call 888-601-8344 and we'll go over your real numbers with you. Under ten minutes, straight answers, 24/7. No application, no credit pull.
